By entering your credit card information below, you permit Creative Science to utilize this payment method for all future invoices. Creative Science will send an invoice for your review, will then charge your card within 5 business days and send a receipt for your records. If at any time you wish to finalize payment using an alternate method of payment (other than a credit card), please communicate this request in writing with Creative Science no later than 24 hours upon receipt of your invoice.
