Global Genes

We began with an in-person full day workshop during which we worked collaboratively with the Global Genes team to identify their dreams for the new website. Armed with this information we did a deep dive into their data and developed a deep foundational understanding of their audiences. We then rebuilt their public facing website and created a brand new community portal where users can gain access to personalized resources and connect with like-minded patients and advocates worldwide.

Global Genes’ new RARE portal accomplishes their goal – for the rare disease community to feel better equipped and less alone.
